Visual Mold Inspection
Mold growth can start when there is high moisture on a surface for 72 hours or longer. Finding it early makes remediation and removal easier and less costly.
Next Inspections is not currently certified to conduct lab-based mold inspections, but if we see biological growth it will be documented in the report so you can assess if it's a project you want to take on yourself, hire a remediation company, or request the seller address it before possession.
Our thermal imaging and moisture meters work together to identify areas of high moisture — the conditions where mold is most likely to develop — even before visible growth appears.
