How It Works
A Clear Report You Can Submit
We inspect and document defects and deficiencies so you have a third-party document to submit for corrective measures with the builder or your New Home Warranty provider.
We recommend booking an inspection about 2 months before your anniversary date so you have time to submit your claim.
Timing Tip
Avoid last-minute stress. Booking early gives you time to complete forms, reference report section numbers, and follow the provider's process.
