Why Gas Leak Detection Matters
People always say if you smell rotten eggs in your home it's a natural gas leak — the utility company adds a scent to help detect leaks. While we do use our noses, we know that some leaks are small enough you might not smell them.
That's why we use professional gas leak detectors on all gas appliance connections. These devices can detect low concentrations of gas before they become dangerous — giving you peace of mind that your home is safe.
All cases of leaks are immediately brought to the homeowner's attention. If necessary, we shut off the gas to the home and call the utility company to make the property safe.
